    Not very happy about the change in the mac n cheese recipe. The old mac was unreal delicious, and this new mac isnt good at all. But otherwise this place is great. Staff is nice, food is good. Mango tea is awesome.

    Horrible service, unclean tables, small portion. I usually love Pollo Tropical, not sure if this location is under poor management or if i just happened to go in on a bad day. It took a long time to place my order and a longer time to get it. Not good for a work lunch. Food did taste good, but the sauce area and tables were not clean and service was horrible. Perhaps just short staffed, I'll give them another try at this location and see.

    Always excellent food from here. I've loved Pollo Tropical since I was a child. The chicken is phenomenal. They work hard to get your order right and the best deal. My family will be lifelong customers.

    Pollo sells excellent food for a good price, four stars indeed but why I did not give it another is because the place could be more tidy. The sauce bar is unappealing with sauces oozing out or little sauce blobs that the floor staff person could continuously check on and at times it has a awful odor that perforates your nose unpleasantly. The bathrooms are okay and the service can be a hit or miss.

    Chicken...black beans and white rice...side of fried or boiled yucca.... They added a bunch of other meats and things to the menu… I stick to the original stuff. I stopped going through the drive-through because they Somehow managed to mess up my order almost every time… so no I just go Inside to order… this way I can also get my own stuff from the condiment bar… try the guava barbecue with the fried yucca. Also, I very much like how I can see the entire food production line it makes me feel more confident about what I'm eating unlike many other fast food chains.
